Migration from IIS 8.5 to 10.0

Need a advise and steps to how we migrate the IIS 8.5 to 10 which helps to complete my migration activity.
Also, we want to know about the web deploy 3.6 tool which I heard that tool used to migrate the IIS. Please share your knowledge or related links about my queries.

If you strictly follow the steps in this article to learn what dependencies are there for the site, then it is relatively easy to migrate it from an IIS 8.5 machine to an IIS 10 one.
