Can't sign driver with new EV Code signing certificate sha384

Hello, out company renew our EV code signing certificate, and now it has sha384 algorithm, after it i have passed all HLK tests, and singed *.hklx result with this certiticate, but i can't upload it to microsoft partner center due error: "Microsoft allows SHA2 only signature algorithm. Please re-sign with a valid certificate and submit again"

What should i do?

Help me, please.

I got the same issue as you had also. what kind of "USB token" do you use? ECC or RSA? I use ECC token which is the old one. HLK studio could recognize that but it was unable to sign ,hlkx with that.
