Hello, a user is trying to run reports on MedEvolve but gets the "access violation at address 77838D73 in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read address 00000004"

She access Medevolve on her own machine and the database is on a windows 2008 server. I tried several troubleshooting tips from online resources but have not been able to fix it. I contacted Medevolve and they are saying that it's a Windows error. Please help if you can, thank you.

    Hi,
I suggest that we could perform a clean boot and disable security software temporarily.
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd
Then run the command below to check system files.
    sfc /scannow
If the issue still insists, I consider that we could try to copy the ntdll from a working machine with same OS version. Then put it on the C drive under Windows/systems32, and finally click the Start Menu - > Run - > type regsvr32 ntdll. DLL and press Enter.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl
