Hello,

The server IP is in 192.168.100.0/24
can it assign different IP addresses range to Domain PCs?

The servers are our cloud server, which the network internal network gateway is 192.168.100.1
it connects to our local network by VPN. and as Domain Controller in our network.

our local previous DHCP server to be decommissioned. Its IP address is 192.168.152.7. The DHCP assigning IP address

range 192.168.152.70 - 192.168.152.170.

So I like to Deploy DHCP role on the Server(192.168.100.193) to take over the DHCP role.

But the new DHCP does not work. No IP addresses assigned to client.

please give advice.

    Hi ,

Welcome to our new Microsoft Q&A Platform.

As I understand, you issue is that you have changed a new DHCP server and the IP is in 192.168.100.0 and you want to assign IP addresses in this range. If I misunderstand, please let me know.

Based on my knowledge, the new DHCP can’t work because it locats in different network segments and unable to communicate. I think you can configure a DHCP relay agent. And the flowing link will show you how to add and configure a DHCP relay agent.
