Dear Microsoft,

I just created the Trip approval request for company( use for many deparment, staff will fill email of their manager to "Manager" and email of Genaral Director to " Approve by" as form bellow, and process like this:

  • When staff submitted the request form, if status of " Manager Approve" is Pending (set default), the system will send email to Manager for request approval, when manager get email from system, manager will go to SharePoint to change status at " Manager Approve" form "Pending" to " Approved" or "Rejected", if staff don't have Manager when they submit the request they should select "None Manager" at " Manager Approve". IF status at " Manager Approve" is "Rejected" system will send notification email to staff--> request stop.
---> IF status at " Manager Approve" is Approved or None Manager , system will send one email to Approve by ( General Director(GD)) --> If GD already approved--> request Done

So would you please help me how to create Flow for my Trip approve request form? or share me the steps of Flow the same my process.
Also i can't access the link of SharePoint Online on SharePoint Designer, pls help advise

Thanks so much.

    Hi,

Microsoft Flow is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

You can ask the experts in the dedicated Microsoft Flow forum over here:
    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/bd-p/BuildingFlows

(Please don't forget to accept helpful replies as answer)

    Best regards,
    Leon

It is possible to create a two level approval process using Flow.

We have several examples here and you can take them as reference. They have pretty similar process here and shall save your time.

I am not sure if that will be possible for you to set a flow to get data from SharePoint List. Make sure you can use the connectors connect to SharePoint Online.
