Integration of Ping Federated as Identity Provider with Azure B2C as service provider

Question

We are facing issues while configuring SAML provider PING federated as Identity Provider and Azure B2C as Service Provider. We diligently followed documentation from MS.

At the end when we form our METADATA URL which seems to generating incorrectly as connection/entity id inside the metadata refers to base policy

When we are clicking on button to navigate to Identity Provider, getting below generic error from PING Federation

Want to check if this entity id is correct ? and would we might be missing that would resolve this error.
