Azure portal gets stuck loading only on my desktop

I cannot load the Azure portal. Upon going to portal.azure.com it shows the A with a loading circle beneath for a couple of minutes before coming up with a page saying there is a problem. I have tried Chrome and Edge, cleared caches, made sure I was using the correct account, and restarted my computer. I am able to access it through the app on my phone and using chrome on my phone.

Encountered the same issue for the past 2 days on my desktop. Neither chrome or edge is working. You get this infinite loop due to the javascript errors

Not sure what the root cause is but I've been able to find a turn around solution. Using Brave Browser. I was able to access it.
