401 Speaker Recognition Service

Trying to setup and use Azure Speaking Recognition service.

Getting this error.

@sushadev Could you please let us know if you have setup a speech resource from Azure portal? The subscription key to be used with this setup needs to be from a speech resource using an S0 tier plan.

It would be great if you could also let us know the steps you are using to enroll the speaker.
