Check the device compliance based on the Application installation Status

Hi All,

I have a requirement of create a compliance policy to check the application installation/running status. the actual requirement is we have a custom application should have installed in each and every machine. So we need to make sure application is installed on each and every machine. if not, require to advice user through email to get that application installed on the computer. until they install the application we need to consider that device as non-compliant and in that case we can block accessing company application via Conditional access policy.

    There is no specific built-in capability for this today that will meet the objective you have outlined.

    Assuming you are managing Windows endpoints though, you could use proactive remediations to at least be able to report on the lack of the software being installed on a system.
