not able to change Enterprise Agreement in Pricing calculator even though i logged in with my organization id

Hi Team, I am from Walmart organization and I logged into https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/calculator. But I am not able to change Enterprise Agreement in Pricing calculator even though i logged in with my organization email id.

Thanks for reach out to us!

I assume that you are facing issues in changing EA from one agreement to another in step no. 4 here.

I would recommend you try logging in using Edge InPrivate/Chrome Incognito and perform the steps as mentioned here.

Could you also share the roles you have to the organizations?

Hi @HarshitaSingh-MSFT , Thank you for your response. yes.. you understood my problem correctly. I tried the steps using Chrome Incognito and still can not see the organization name while changing EA . i am just a developer.. i used to see our org name before like 3 week back, not sure what happened recently.
