Microsoft Windows-WAS Event ID 5011 ERROR

We have a client portal via our website and since June 2021 we have had problems with our clients accessing information via the client portal seems to be very unstable .

Our website is hosted by Hostgator.com and they have provided us with this error message and claims the fault is ours.

Description:
A process serving application pool 'XXXXXXXX(domain)(2.0)(pool)' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '34856'. The data field contains the error number.

Any help would be appreciated on how to fix this as have spoken to our IT people and they seem to think it is Hostgators problem to fix.

    Run debug came up with following error

    "MEMORY.DMP the instruction at nt!IopPoHandleIrp+0x32 caused a kernel BugCheck 7E with the following details:

    Not sure what this means any help would be appreciated and how I check if running the latest version of nt we are running windows 10 pro version 20H2.
