TROUBLE WITH OFFICE HOME & STUDENT 2019

I am having trouble downloading OFFICE HOME & STUDENT 2019 which I purchased today. It will not download.

From where are you trying to download your Office Home/Student 2019?

You should be able to download it from the following page:
https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/install

First you will be required to login with your Microsoft account, then by clicking "Install Office":

A "OfficeSetup.exe" should automatically start downloading in your web browser:

Is there any error message?

The correct download process please refer to Leon's reply or refer to this article "Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2019 on a PC or Mac".

If the correct steps do not work, please try the following suggestions.

• Disable antivirus software temporarily to preventing the installation package being blocked.
• Check the network, if possible, please change the network, such as Mobile hotspot.
• Change your browser or clean its cache.
