We need to purchase new CAL. So need information about how can I purchase and what kind of CAL can we purchase.
Where can we find the licencing guide for Project Server, as dont see any licence information or the guide.

    Essentially, each SharePoint Server must be licensed (SharePoint Enterprise + Project Server) and each user requires a SharePoint Standard + Enterprise CAL as well as a Project Server CAL.

    You should talk to a VAR about licensing before you purchase any licensing, however.
