Hi,

I recently installed a windows 11 OS on my laptop, prior to this I was using windows 10. I have some encrypted files on the laptop which are still present because I installed Windows 11 using the overwrite method. But now I can't access my files, whenever I try to do so I'm met with a file access restriction prompt. I have tried giving access to everybody on the drive C using the properties option but it's still same. Whenever I try to decrypt the file I get this error code 0x80071771. Please I need help ASAP, a lot of important files cannot be accessed.
Thank you in anticipation.

    2. Also , try to access this files from Windows 10 PC and Decrypt it.
