Why not send these anonymously rather than authenticating as a user?
Can you reset the password and test otherwise? The password may not be set correctly on the ones where it doesnt work

Hello,
We have an internal system developed by us at the company (ERP) that sends emails to users.
About a week ago the system gave errors while sending the email with a username or password error are incorrect. What's weird is that on some computers it works and on some it does not. The user who is set to send emails properly.
We work with a local AD server and Exchange 2016 server in the Domain 2016 environment
Ideas What to check?

Hello @Guy Klein
I would like to suggest you to check if that user account password is not expired or that account is not disabled.
also , try to login with that user from OWA to see if you are able to login and send test mail from OWA to see if mails are sent.

Hi @Guy Klein ,
I would consider Andy's suggestions, as now you only use this system inside your organization. I believe only your employees or your admins would do that.
Also, try with another account or creating a test account.
Best regards,
Lou
