ADF resource move to another subscription causing errors

We were trying to move resources in a resource group from one subscription to another. All resources moved successfully except the data factory instance and got the following error? What could be the reason for this?

Error code - 409

As per the error message - it's looks like there is a conflict of resource internal state occurred while executing the move.

In order to resolve this issue, you need to resolve the conflict which causing the error message and this requires details about the source/destination data sources.

Thank you for the reply.

Based on our investigations the issue is with the self hosted ir configured with the data factory. Instead of moving we have created a new data factory and deployed the artifacts from the repository.
