Hi I need help regarding azure vpn connection. One of the user not able to connect azure vpn p2s where it works for other. The error says object already exist. Please help me

hi logs says operation failed by user..I tried to de3lete wan miniport and scan h/w again.now it is working fine. Thank You so much

Hello anonymous user, Thank you for reaching out. As per the troubleshooting document Can you try and clear the saved account and then reconnect? You can also try and run diagnostics to to pin point the issue. You also need to have Azure VPN Client installed.

Explore Command (Windows Key + E)

• Right Click on "This PC", and select "Manage"
• Once Computer Management Opens, click "Device Manager"
• Under Network Adapters, uninstall all adapters starting with "WAN Miniport" - Right-click, Uninstall
• Once you've uninstalled all, go to the menu and select "Scan for Hardware Changes" and those adapters will reinstall automatically without restarting
