Having same issue. Some just a reboot works. Resetting password in O365 portal works sometimes.
Cannot login to windows using email address
I have a bunch of users who are E3. Their computers are "Joined to the Azure Domain" so they log into their machines using their email address.
I am seeing more and more users who are having issues logging into their machines using their email. The error is "username or password is incorrect". Even if I reset the password, they still face the issue. The resolution is that I need to unjoin the machine (under school and work), reboot, and then rejoin it for their login to work with their email.
This has been working for about 2 months and now only having issues.
What is causing this disconnect?
