There's a typo in your command line above. You have CMINSTALLDIR (with one C) but the property is CCMINSTALDIR (with two C's). Reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/clients/deploy/about-client-installation-properties#ccminstalldir
SCCM/MECM client installation on other drive
Hi All,
We have couple of servers(around 100+) where space on C drive is less hence we need to install SCCM client on different drive but when i run following command it takes the default installation drive(C:). unable to understand why it goes to default drive. Any help on this will be highly appreciated.
ccmsetup.exe /mp:SCCM1.abc.com SMSSITECODE=STP DNSSUFFIX=abc.com FSP=sccm1 CMINSTALLDIR="E:\SCCM_Client" SMSCACHEDIR="E:\SCCM_Client"
