I cancelled my two-step authentication so that I cant sign in to microsoft 365 dashboard

I canceled all authentication methods in the two-step authentication, and I can’t verify at the second step of the two-step authentication now. How do i reset it?
In the second step of authentication, "text" will be displayed and ask me to contact the administrator, but I am the administrator.
In microsoft 365 developer, office E5
