health app not running correctly

I have core i 7 7700 2.80Gh and it wont let me have windows 11 update
can I fix that?

Have you tried the latest PC Health Check app?
If not get it from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-specifications

Many users have stated this and if you have checked up on all the requirements like processor too then you can use the update assistance tool to get the Windows 11. Make sure you have 8th gen processors.

On the other note you can upgrade \ install Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements as below Microsoft article , but that is not recommended.

Unfortunately, i7-7700 processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.
