I am a personal non-business iPhone user, without access to Azure, who can't move or use Microsoft-Authenticator on a new iPhone 13-Pro from an old and traded-in and wiped iPhone 7+.
I was unaware that prior to upgrade I needed to alert Authenticator of the pending upgrade, so now I can't access any of the 2FA codes because they are being sent to my old wiped and traded-in iPhone. All "Alternative Methods" send me back to non-functioning Authenticator App or require 2FA code to even access my "Recovery Account" Gmail address. Can you please help me?
