What is this strange Temp File with long numbers and letters and bunch of dlls ?

The folder contains a bunch of dll's and has a strange name of numbers and letters.
What is the purpose of this?

The name is generated as a GUID-

Is there anyone usefull here or will i just get bullied?No point in deleting it, it comes back within a few hours.
