Random script failures: Workbook getWorksheet: The request failed with status code of 503, error code UnknownError and the following error message

Are there any know issues with running script in a logic app?
Over the last 3 or 4 days I have had multiple seemingly random failures with this message:

We were unable to run the script. Please try again.\nOffice JS error: Line 2: Workbook getWorksheet: The request failed with status code of 503, error code UnknownError and the following error message: \r\nclientRequestId: d820ca3a-6d4d-4e89-ac4f-06d99a2eed53"

I have tested the files and when I run the script on the file manually there are no issues. in addition to this when there is a failure the file is processed a few hours later with no issue.

    @Gareth Terblanche Apology for the delay and inconvenience due to this issue. It looks like the intermittent issue where there might be issue with the logic app or the connector call itself. If someone is still observing the issue feel free to tag me with the latest clientRequestId along with the region where your logic app is deployed and the timeframe in UTC so I can check the backend logs and assist you further.
