hopefully Good Health MS team I used E5 Subscription with MCT base I create the domain and Global administrator

this GlobalAdmin Conctec with Microsoft Apps Authenticator attach some sudden I delete apps from mobile and I open online account Global admin level but he says asked Code Microsoft authenticator but I deleted apps on mobile even I know password this mrdastu@mrdastu.onmicrosoft.com
but Required the Code, I connect to Ms team contact Support system he does not help me, please solved my problem
