What is Onedrive Standalone?

Hey there,
My subscription for Onedrive +100 expires soon. However without subscribing to it there is a new subscription for Onedrive Standalone in my subscriptions. Does Onedrive Standalone continue my previous subscriotion? If so, why wasn't I asked about it?
In addition if i try to turn on recurring billing for my Onedrive +100 subscription I get an error notification telling me

"Try that again
Something happened on our end, and we can't show all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help."

and the TraceId: SmKaQrR8cUm8MmMo.11.58 for weeks now. So it's impossible for me to turn on recurring billing.

I'm confused and quite worried that some of my data will be lost.
