Hi all,

Currently I'm having some trouble settings some things up, please refer below for an environment sketch and question.

At my company we use 2 domain with both an separate Exchange environment.

Domain A has no public exchange links while domain B does.

Currently we are using Domain A as primary email domain and domain B we a room booking solution (the solution requires a public exchange link that's why we used a second domain).

Now we have several rooms on both domains, example; Amsterdam@domainA.com and Amsterdam@domainB.com

When we use the calendar in outlook it sends the meeting invitation to Amsterdam@domainA.com and when we book on the device it sends the meeting invitation to Amsterdam@domainB.com.

The final struggle we currently have, as both mailboxes are Resource mailboxes on Exchange 2016 with automated accept/decline, how can we forward each mailbox to the other so both calendars are equal with the meetings?

I've tried to make an inbox rule which is set to: If type is Invitation forward to .. but those messages are not forwarded due automatic processing.

Many thanks for your help in advance.

KR, David.

Can you tell us why the conference room mailbox is separated from the equipment mailbox? Why not use one Resource mailboxes for them directly?

Do you try with transport rule from the server side? Transport rule can take effect before the mail reaches the mailbox.
