Hi Guys,
the SMS Agent Host process and WMI services are consuming high CPU constantly in the Config manager server.
Actually this is happening after updating the DP & Web Server Certificate on that SCCM server.

i have updated the certificate as per the usual process.
requested new cert for Web & DP and after receiving the certificate.
Binded the new web certificate in IIS manager
Imported the DP certificate in the DP settings.

Since the certificate import, i am having the high CPU usage in the server for SMS agent Host & WMI Service proces..
Also few machines Device Online status are appearing Offline even though they are online and able to reach them from the SCCM server.

The offline status icon is pasted below for reference

    Hi @Saravanan Balasubramanian ,

It seems there are something wrong with certificate broken.

We could check CcmMessaging.log, it records activities related to communication between the client and management points. And please use Mplist to help us test our MP health,
    https://<ServerName.FQDN>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mplist

    https://<ServerName.FQDN>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?mpcert

    https://<ServerName.FQDN>/sms_mp/.sms_aut?MPKEYINFORMATION

here is the article we could refer to:
    https://www.recastsoftware.com/resources/how-to-test-your-mp-to-confirm-if-it-is-healthy/
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.
Please also check CCMNotificationAgent.log, it records activities related to client notification operations.

Besides the logs, the issue is PKI certificate. We could check PKI certificate requirements for Configuration Manager, refer to this article:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/plan-design/network/pki-certificate-requirements
