Hi, Hope someone can help.
I was able to connect to https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx with another tool Alteryx up until recently. Another person in my org can log in directly to the URL and some can't.
How can I fix my connection issues. My account is linked to Web version of Office 365- Exchange.

Just checking in to see how things are going on with this issue, Should the issue persists, you can try to share the error you met along with the potentially relavent logs as mentioned by Andy for further analysis.
Im guessing that your account is enabled for MFA and thats why it doesnt work.
I would look at the Azure Sign In Logs and see what it says for your account

Thanks but the other Colleague that can access the link, connect to it and follow the URL, has MFA on his account also.
Could it be anything else?
So no idea what changed?
Did you check the Azure Sign In logs?
Is the account still enabled for EWS?
get-casmailbox <user> |FL -EwsEnabled
Any logs on the Alteryx side?
