Network error on updating App endpoints in azure

I have an application in Microsoft Azure . Whenever I try to update and endpoint in In redirect uris => platform , the action fails with the following error:

`Network error: There is an issue establishing a connection to the service. Please refresh the browser to try again.

**

I have already tried to log out , refresh browser and repeat the action in different days but the same error keeps appearing . Any Ideas?
