Where to submit bugs or improvements Azure B2C user flows

We are building a website + mobile Xamarin forms to use azure b2c and started out with user flows. There seems to be some bugs or improvements with and I am trying to know where is the best place to report this, here or github (where on github)?
Examples so far include with the recommended user flow templates:

  1. Sign in with username presents not so friendly message when username is too long (>256 char?) and requires a round trip to the sever to get the error
  2. Using tab keyboard navigation to jump from username to pwd entry field does not work. Instead it jumps directly to "forgot pwd" link
  3. Reset pwd is awkward when user is allowed to change email. I do not understand the concept behind, I find it more complicated to the user and I thought at first I could change my email at this stage. It seems that this flow requires username AND email to be consistent with what is in the directory in order to be validated. Why not just entering username and send code without entering email?
