How to I deploy locally my a docker container for this image mcr.microsoft.com/azure-cognitive-services/textanalytics/healthcare:latest ?
I keep getting this error : Unable to startup the model in a success state. Retries exhausted. Error Status: ModelLoading. Error Message: TATK Health Status: Loading. The NER model is currently loading. Please try again soon.
