Dear Community,

We are having weird issue with some of our computers/laptops. When rebooting system, it gets stuck on "please wait" screen. Sometimes the same behaviour happens when turning on the systems. It takes more than 15 minutes staying stuck on this screen. I realized that when I removed the network cable, the system logged in and "please wait" screen disappeared. It is happening for both windows 8 and windows 10.

Kindly help me what could be the possible reason behined this?

I realized that when I removed the network cable, the system logged in and "please wait" screen disappeared.

I suggest you to perform a network reset and see if it helps.

Also, try the clean boot and see if makes any differences:

Let me know if this helps!
