Cannot connect server via RDP

Hi, I am Rubiat.
I have been facing a problem for 4 months. When I try to connect my physical server via RDP, I got the following error:
This computer can't connect to the remote computer.
The two computers couldn't connect in the amount of time allotted. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact your network administrator or technical support.
My server is Windows Server 2016. I cannot fix the issue anymore. Even Microsoft Engineer also engaged on this. But they couldn't fix this. When I restart my server, the issue was fixed but this issue occurred again after 15/20 days later. This is not a permanent solution. Please give me any suggestion to fix this. It's very urgent for me. Thank You.
