    Hi anonymous user，

    These above errors are not specific errors, we could check bdd.log for what specific error returned by ImageX, right before the error thrown "the error should explain".

    What is the size of the HDD? Give the VM more then 1GB RAM- that's resolved this error on other's situation. We could try to enlarge capacity to see if the problem is solved.
