Issue Activating Windows Licenses using VAMT

We've been attempting a proxy activation of a group of Windows 7 licenses using VAMT 2. After pulling the Activation IDs and loading them onto our online instance for the proxy activation, VAMT returns 500 internal server error. This is the first time since the Windows 7 EOS in January that we've attempted to run the activation. Does anyone have any ideas where the issue lies? Is it with the entire VAMT service, VAMT 2.0, or due to the Windows 7 EOS?

Note: The issue doesn't appear to be due to an issue with the licenses themselves as we can individually activate them using a different method.

Appreciate any help.

The 500 Internal Server Error is a "server-side" error, meaning the problem is not with your PC or Internet connection but instead is a problem with the web site's server.

Refer the link below to troubleshoot the 500 Internal Server Error
