Make Uninstall grey out

Is it possible to make the Uninstall button grey out? I saw it somewhere before. I want users to be able to install it, but not Uninstall it. The grey out option is possible if installation option is on Required, but I want it working from Installation option Available

    Remove the uninstall string from the app, this will prevent it from being removed.
