Is there a way to open a Sharepoint link posted in a chat directly in the Teams-App/Viva-Connections instead of in a new browser?

    Hi @Marcel Harms ,

    Per my test, opening SharePoint links posted in chat directly in Teams-App/Viva-Connections is currently not supported, this is the default behavior.

    Or if it's all within the organization, you can add a tab, which can be opened directly, please refer to:
    Add a SharePoint page, list, or document library as a tab in Teams
