RDP session breaks with error "Your credentials did not work" during "Securing remote connection" phase

Dear all,
Trying to connect to the remote server via VPN from Windows 11 machine. Connection breaks with error "Your credentials did not work" during "Securing remote connection" phase. From other Windows 8 machine in the same LAN and with the same VPN and credentials everything works fine.
In the event log Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-RDPClient/Debug found following events (some words in russian)
RDPClient_SSL: переход из TsSslStateInitializing в TsSslStateHandshakeStart в ответ на TsSslEventOnConnected выполнен successfully
RDPClient_SSL: переход из TsSslStateHandshakeStart в TsSslStateHandshakeInProgress в ответ на TsSslEventHandshakeStarted выполнен successfully
RDPClient_TCP: переход из TcpStateFrontAuth в TcpStatePreparingMcsCI в ответ на TcpEventFrontAuthSucceeded выполнен successfully.
!!! RDPClient_TCP: переход из TcpStateUnknown в TcpStateDisconnected в ответ на TcpEventDisconnected выполнен успешно.
On the other machine instead of the last event
RDPClient_SSL: переход из TsSslStateHandshakeInProgress в TsSslStateHandshakeComplete в ответ на TsSslEventOnHandshakeComplete выполнен успешно.
Can someone help to understand the issue with the settings?
