Multiple users accessing there data from multiple machines (via domain server)

Disclaimer: I'm very new to server management (Windows Server Manager 2019) so please bare with me (any advice helps).

So I work for a company that has a Physical (Dell) domain server. All computers (Windows 10 Pro)/users within the company are registered on that server.

When someone logins into their assigned computer with their server credentials, all of their files and folders are on the desktop, etc.

But if they need to work on another computer and they login, none of the data transfers over to that machine.

Is there a way to have everything transfer from machine to machine when that person logins?

I have seen this done before in many businesses but never knew how its done.

I am not sure if this can be done with a physical server (I would assume so).

Any advice or help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to have everything transfer from machine to machine

You'll need to define this but read up on roaming user profiles and redirected folders.

"Is there a way to have everything transfer from machine to machine when that person logins?"

Meaning: If I usually use Machine A from day to day and have all of my documents and folders I use on that computer, but one day need to go and work on Machine B. I would want all my documents and folders that I constantly use on Machine A to populate on Machine B when I login.

I'm asking how to accomplish this. And I have researched for a while trying to find this including roaming user profiles but have not found anything to help me yet.

    Thank you for this.

I see this on Option 7: Optionally specify a Start layout for Windows 10 PCs
Would this also include bringing over specific programs installed on their profile? The layout of their desktops, etc.?

okay and one last question (hopefully).

What about specific info (Caches) from Chrome. Can that also be used in this process with roaming user profiles?
