Try uninstall the driver and restart your PC and download and install the one from Windows Update (don't install the one from the Dell website) and see if the problem persist?
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
I write it up . I try uninstall, install from MS Update, from Dell nothing help.
In this case, make sure report the issue using the Feedback Hub app.
