How can I enable the status bar in Windows Subsystem for Android?

I want to be able to see the status bar and access the notification panel on Android.

Hi @Kahan Bhalani , this sounds like an end-user question/feature request, which should be posted in the Feedback Hub app. Microsoft Q&A is for developers.

That said, accessing the status bar/notification panel isn't supported. Notifications are displayed in Action Center so that apps feel native and integrated on Windows.

Ensure that you are running the latest version of Windows that supports WSA.If you haven't already, you need to install WSA on your Windows machine. You can do this by going to the Microsoft Store and searching for "Windows Subsystem for Android" and then installing the app.Open the WSA app from the Start menu or using the search function.Within the Windows Subsystem for Android app, look for the settings menu. This may be represented by a gear icon or three dots (ellipsis) and can usually be found in the top-right or bottom-right corner of the app window. In the settings menu, there should be an option to enable or show the idstatuscheck bar. Toggle this option to turn on the status bar.If required, save your settings changes and restart the Windows Subsystem for Android app for the changes to take effect.
