Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this.

When user is in Teams meeting with teams client on VDI and some one is sharing screen.

When user is watching shared window in meeting and same time user will chat to an another user in teams chat window, when user return back to previous meeting where screen is shared, the window is seen for 2 sec and the user get totally blank screen. (not able to see shared screen anymore, (examples as attachment).

Note , shared screen disappear usually after you has wrote something in other chat - It does not matter who is presenting screen, user or organizer - Some times it helps if user log out meeting and sign in back - When User clear cache, it helps for awhile until it starts to happen again - Some times screen disappear as well even without user is needed to write anything in chat.

It seems that Share window does have similar problem as well. Strange behavior on VDI client (virtual desktop workstation), tested on workstation FINPHV005597 ( Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.2164 (64-bit) updated to 1.5.00.4689 (64-bit). Citrix HDX Optimized.

It was last updated on 2/28/22. Hi @IBN ,

Does the issue persist when using Teams via web browser?

Besides, it's suggested to try disabling the GPU hardware acceleration via Settings > General and check if that helps.

In addition, based on my research, in some cases the blank screen issue could be related to the display resolution, so you can also try lowering the display resolution and see if there would be any improvement.
