the following components on your computer must be updated before you can enjoy protected content
FirewallAPI.dll

error code：0xC00D2EF9

Samples：Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.1\Samples\multimedia\mediafoundation\protectedplayback

Although this is a sample for Windows7, I am running on Windows10

The problem does exit on Windows10 but Windows11. I’m digging into the problem. And according to 0xC00D2EF9 HRESULT Values, It seems the network firewall is the source.

Packets are not being received from the server. The packets might be blocked by a filtering device, such as a network firewall.
