Remote Desktop Conection Broker, can not create virtual desktop collection because could not identify the state of the virtual desktop

Hello,

He are suffering the following error on our RDS environment, the thing is that our Connection Broker can´t identify the state of our VM Templates from our Remote Desktop Virtualization Host(that is our Hyper-v).

The error is the following: Could not identify the state of the virtual desktop. Ensure that the RD Virtualization Host server (Name of the server) is available on the network and that the virtual desktop (Name of the VM Template) is shutdown.

The template for our new collection is shutdown and the sysprep is done.

On the other hand on the RDVH i saw the following logs that seems to be the problem.

WARNING ID: 4609 Source TerminalServices-TSV-VmHostAgent
Remote Desktop Virtualization Host could not connect to the Remote Desktop Connection Broker server. Verify that the server address is correct, and then try again.

ERROR ID: 8960 Source TerminalServices-TSV-VmHostAgent
Remote Desktop Virtualization Host could not retrieve settings from Remote Desktop Connection Broker.

I´ve been searching for info but i don´t saw anything about this errors, please can you help me to approach this issue.

    I understand you are encountering the below error while creating virtual desktop collection
    Error : Could not identify the state of the virtual desktop. Ensure that the RD Virtualization Host server. Ensure that the RD Virtualization Host server (Name of the server) is available on the network and that the virtual desktop (xxxxxx) is shutdown.
    Action Item:
    Please make sure that your VM template is created as Generation 1：
    Open Hyper-V Manager, click to select the VM on Virtual Machines list, then, on Summary section we can find the Generation information.
    Besides, please check Event Viewer to confirm that if there is any network relate error or warning on your virtualization host.
    Or, if possible, re-run sysprepe for the image and try to add again to confirm the result.
