Renewal passed twic, still not showing up for - Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

I passed the renewal twich on march 10th and march 15th, but it still says please renew
Worked fine for several renewals, so no confusion with multiple accounts e.g.
Can you please assist on ho to get this vaildated and REALLY passed in transcript ?
