Visio 2019 shape search not working

Tried to reinstall Visio, review search settings, rebuild index, with no result.
Is there a fix for that?

    Hi @Luciano Raimondi ,
    I tested with 2 scenarios, I can reproduce this problem with limite permission for accessing in Windows. If I have full permission I can search local shapes without problem:

    1. limite permission:
      185028-105.png
    2. Full permission:
      184969-106.png

    I suggest you check the permission for Windows, you can try to create a full permission administrator account and test the result.
