What are the challenges if many devices are registered with Azure IoT DPS as Individual enrollment?
Can we take a single root certificate for all leaf certificates?
Can we enroll the same name device with different certificates?

    The following page lists the limits that apply to Azure IoT Hub Device Provisioning Service resources.

    • Add Individual Enrollment: This allows enrolling one device at a time that allows unique configuration per device.
    • Group Enrollment allows enrolling the group of devices at a time that allows common configuration for a group of devices.
