MVC Runtime model binding from web to service model Issue

Sorry. I really need help, so submitting this one with code and scenario details. Attached txt but if you rename .rar or zip, you can find all txt file reference.

Basically I have an mvc application with 3 solutions in it. (1) mvc service app (2) mvc db- entity framework (3) mvc web
I am currently able to postback mvc web controller and view. However I want to do the model binding for the mvc service application but the checkbox binding details
wont come during runtime. Will you please advise?
