I need help with svchost.exe - Entry Point Not Found error

Hi, I have this error on windows 8.1 pro. It's an annoying popup. I tried methods from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/773733/svchostexe-entry-point-not-found.html but it did not work.
